Yesterday Chase took his first belt test for Kajukenbo.
Here is a video of him doing Kata 1
He passed the testing and is now an orange belt.
He has been working towards this all year and did a great job in spite of not feeling very well and being just a tad bit intimidated by the panel of black belts judging the event.
I was and am so proud of him and I love what marshal arts are doing for him.
